About SunFlow®

Formed in 1998, Heating Partners Ltd. is a private, 100% New Zealand owned company. Prior to 1998 the company principals had all been involved in the radiant floor heating and associated HVAC industries on their own account for many years. In fact our Principals have over 150 years combined experience in the radiant heating industry. Heating Partners® and their Dealers comprise New Zealand’s most experienced radiant heating organization.

With thousands of successful installations including private residences, commercial buildings, hotels, schools, resorts, aged care facilities, hospitals, sporting clubs, marae, prisons, universities and a host of other specialized applications we offer a comprehensive range of heating solutions custom designed for New Zealand conditions. This practical experience means we can offer unrivalled assurance and service from first consultation through the design, manufacture, and installation of our radiant systems. The confidence gained from this experience allows us to offer Warranty and service on all our systems and products.

With a Head Office located in Auckland, Heating Partners® and their Accredited Dealers market their SunFlow® brand of BRANZ Appraised (Appraisal No. 398), radiant floor heating systems along with radiators, solar equipment and related products, throughout New Zealand, from the Far North to the Deep South.

At Heating Partners Ltd. we have a philosophy of making sure that quality is inherent and intrinsic, not only in our product components, but in all aspects of production and supply before we will market systems under the SunFlow® banner.

With the exception of some solar components (Australia) we source all our products from European suppliers. We believe that products conforming to the strong regulations dictated by the European Union, will serve us well locally. Where applicable our products meet all European safety, quality, efficiency and environmental requirements. We have listed some of our product Partners below:

Emmeti Spa. Fontanafretta, Italy.

Emmeti are a major supplier of our hydronic heating components, including Gerplex heating and sanitary pipe and fittings, floor panels, manifold components and fittings, control gear and some solar components. Emmeti also supply our Japanese manufactured, Emmeti Mirai series air to water heat pumps.

Emmeti have been established since 1976 first as a wholesaler, moving into production in 1984. Since then branches have been opened in Spain (1992), France (2001), Brazil (2003), The UK (2004) and North America in 2007.

Importantly, Emmeti have significant research and development facilities and manufacture all their heating tube fittings and manifold components in their Italian factories.

Radiant supply our range of gas boilers. Since inception SunFlow® have supplied and serviced Radiant gas boilers, both conventional and condensing. With an unrivalled range Radiant offer a 5 year limited Warranty on their gas boilers. Radiant’s condensing boilers comply with all CEE Directives and are low NOX and CO producing products. They carry the highest European efficiency ratings.

SunFlow®’s dedication to the principal of committed partnerships means we service all the boilers we sell and ensure that parts are readily available. Radiant…..since 1959.

Domusa (Mondragon Corporation). Errezil, Spain

Since 2005 Heating Partners have sourced condensing diesel boilers from Domusa, along with dual purpose wood/diesel burning boilers, wood gasification boilers, hot water cylinders and buffer tanks. We also source electric boilers when required. Domusa condensing diesel boilers meet all the European clean air directives, and are 4 Star Efficiency rated, the highest possible. To illustrate by way of an analogy, Domusa condensing diesel boilers burn 300 times cleaner than the cleanest diesel vehicle.

Quinn Radiators. Geel Belgium.

With headquarters in Belgium, Quinn’s produce all their radiators in a state of the art facility in Newport, South Wales. We’ve been designing and installing heating systems utilizing Quinn’s radiators for over 10 years and can testify to the quality and performance of their products.

Perry Electric Srl.Veniano, Italy

Vital to the performance of SunFlow® Systems, Perry manufacture products for time and energy control. Perry have been producing controls since 1969 and have been our preferred supplier for many years.

Cap Aus, now Envirosun. Perth, Western Australia

In 2004 we decided to add solar thermal (solar hot water) products to our range. After lengthy research a partnership with Australian company Cap Aus Pty Ltd. now Envirosun, was formed. Our solar collectors are purchased through our Australian Partner, while our Duplex stainless steel hot water cylinders are locally made. Other components are sourced from reputable European companies. We assemble our systems to meet the requirements of AS/NZS Standard 2712:2007 and all systems have been performance modelled to AS/NZS Standard 4234:2008 by Project Solar Ltd.
